Daniel Rubinov

Daniel Rubinov is RAJ LAW's lead litigation attorney, representing injured individuals in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses on personal injury, vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases.

Before joining RAJ LAW, Daniel gained extensive experience working in state and federal courts at multiple levels. He served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Kent E. Cattani of the Arizona Court of Appeals and Judge James A. Teilborg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

During law school, Daniel served as an extern for Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Staff Attorneys' Office of the Arizona Supreme Court, and Judge Paul J. McMurdie of the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Daniel graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2019. He earned the distinction of Trial Advocacy Fellow and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Daniel also served as an editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology and earned CALI Awards in Administrative Law and Malpractice Litigation.

Before law school, Daniel attended the W. P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College, at Arizona State University. In 2016, he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, graduating summa cum laude.
